The Company
Valmont Polska Sp. z o.o. was established in July 1994 as a joint venture of VALMONT INDUSTRIES INC. USA and MOSTOSTAL Siedlce S.A. In cooperation with the division of VALMONT France and MOSTOSTAL Siedlce, Valmont Polska organized the sales of steel lighting poles on the Polish market. In 1996, the shareholders decided to expand the company and build a manufacturing plant in Siedlce. In 1997, that investment was completed and the production of complete galvanized lighting poles was launched.
Year 1998 was the time of huge production growth in the single-shift work system. In 1999, production was further developed. The company started operation in a two-shift work system and export sales were improved. Within the following years, the company won new international markets and gradually increased the employment level to exceed 100 workers. New machines and plants were started. The years 2000-2006 were the time of intensified development of the company on all covered markets.
